Second Baptist Church: We hope that you’ll visit Second Baptist Church, Richmond. We’re located at 9614 River Road on the corner of River and Gaskins. Second is a church that cares deeply for young people and wants to affirm and encourage your calling and gifts. We are one church with worship available in 4 different languages: Arabic (Saturday at 7pm), Spanish (11am in the Chapel), Portuguese (11am in Spence Hall), and English (The Well Service at 9am in the Family Life Center and 11am in the Sanctuary). Derbyshire Baptist: The Derbyshire Family gathers every Sunday morning at 8800 Derbyshire Road, Richmond, Virginia. We offer two similar worship gatherings every Sunday at 8:30am in the Chapel and 11:00am in the Sanctuary. We have Sunday School for all ages at 9:45 am. We are a church that is about transforming lives and serving the Richmond community in many ways. We hope you will join us on the journey!
Our hope is that you are greeted with warmth and love, and that you feel at home at Derbyshire. There are greeters at various locations throughout the church who will help you find your way to worship and help direct you to a Sunday School class where you can connect and grow. Ridge Baptist: Ridge Baptist Church has a blended Celebration Worship service each week at 10:30 a.m. This service consists of both contemporary worship and traditional hymns. Looking for a great Sunday Morning Bible Study group? Join our young adult group that meets on Sundays at 9:15 a.m. in our church parlor. This fall we will begin a chronological study of the New Testament concluding with a detailed study on the book of Revelation.
